HR Internship Summary
At Dell, we are seeking talented and motivated Master’s students to play a key strategic role during this time of exciting transformation. Our internship program provides a glimpse into the full-time HR Rotation Program. This program is a Master’s level program designed to accelerate the breadth of your experience in a way that few other programs and companies can provide.
As Master’s level intern, you will be given a strategic project that allows you to have a real impact on the business. We have historically had roles in compensation, talent management, organizational development, and HR Services, among others. You will also participate in a group project over the summer,
MBA/Master’s student in Human Resources
Previous HR (or relevant) experience recommended
Strong drive for results
Effective team player and cross-functional contributor
Ability to deal with ambiguity and learn on the fly in a fast-paced environment
Self-directed and motivated
Passion for analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ideal candidate must demonstrate a combination of strong business acumen and Human Resource functional knowledge to develop HR strategies that will attract, develop and retain the breadth of talent required to drive client business success. This position requires an ability to collaborate, navigate ambiguous situations, and work in a fast-paced environment.
